Designing the database and application structure
We design the database schema, internal APIs, application modules, and integrations with external systems (ANAF, SmartBill, couriers). The modular architecture allows adding new features without major refactoring.
Iterative Development
Delivering functional modules in stages with continuous feedback

What's included
CRM modules: clients, contracts, opportunities, quoting
The CRM module centralises all client interactions: communication history, active contracts, pipeline opportunities, submitted quotes, and negotiation status. The sales team has real-time access from any device with automatic follow-up reminders.
ERP modules: stock, orders, procurement, suppliers
We manage stock across multiple warehouses with traceable entries/exits, purchase orders with approval, supplier records with pricing history. Automatic low-stock alerts eliminate stockouts and production stoppages.
Internal ticketing system and task management
Employees can report issues or create tasks directly in the application. Each ticket has priority, assignee, deadline, and status. Managers have complete visibility of workload and productivity by team and individual.
API integrations: ANAF, SmartBill, couriers, banks
We integrate directly with ANAF (CUI validation, e-Invoice XML, SPV), SmartBill (invoices, receipts, credit notes), major couriers (automatic AWB), and bank statements for automatic reconciliation.
Real-time financial dashboard and reports
Management sees in real time: turnover, collections vs issued invoices, overdue receivables, cash-flow forecasts, and profitability by project or department. Reports are exportable in Excel/PDF and can be scheduled for automatic email delivery.
Multi-user access with roles and audit log
Granular permission system: each user sees and can edit exactly what their role requires. Complete audit log recording every change with user, date/time, and previous and new values. Essential for compliance and internal control.
