How much does the CRM Spedition system cost?

The CRM Spedition Core is available as a Perpetual License (on-premise on your own server) for €20,000 (one-time payment, full ownership of source code and database, zero per-user fees) or as a Managed Cloud Subscription (SaaS) for €500/month + VAT (including managed hosting, daily backups, maintenance, and support). Specialized on-demand add-ons (advanced TMS, B2B partner portal, e-Factura SPV, RO e-Transport UIT, digital signature) are quoted separately based on your operational requirements.

Can we expand the system with additional modules in the future?

Yes. CRM Spedition is completely modular. You can start with the core B01-B07 and activate optional modules like advanced TMS, e-Factura, e-Transport, or the external partner portal whenever needed.

Can it integrate with RO e-Transport and e-Factura?

Yes. We offer dedicated integration modules for ANAF SPV e-Factura (automatic XML generation and upload) and RO e-Transport (instant retrieval and assignment of UIT tracking codes directly onto transport orders).

How do we migrate existing clients, carriers, and rates?
