2. The Custom Solution (OalaMagica Product Importer V2)
Our engineering team completely took over the backend mechanics, launching the second version of the internal mechanism with a brand new architecture class:
- Multi-Platform WooCommerce API Sync: Implementing a strictly SKU-based matching system that connects via OAuth to the main instance, invisibly compares product versions, and triggers an internal hook to update only the price (and variations). Production is kept in perfect balance without breaking any pre-existing local SEO content updates ("local content preservation layout").
- SmartBill Integration Standards: Once an order status is marked 'Completed', the active API integration retrieves the shopping cart data, validates the transaction, and applies a "Safe Sync" rule to avoid disrupting SmartBill's invoicing serial sequence. The e-Factura UBL file is then automatically submitted to the state authority portal from the billing platform.
